    **Job Title:** Mid-Level Project Manager

    **Location** : Charlotte, NC (100 N Tryon)

    **Work authorizations accepted** : USC, GC (shouldn't need any visa candidates here)

    Responsibilities

    • Oversight and tracking of projects from intake to delivery.

    • Owns routines that enable backlog prioritization, project sizing, capacity management, work allocation and blocker resolution e.g. Weekly Scrum Call and JIRA.

    • Coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of at risk projects and capacity concerns.

    • Gatekeeper to ensure that we only allocate projects to the team that are ready to go i.e. BRD is complete, Stakeholder has capacity etc.

    • Gatekeeper to ensure that the team is enabling strategic solutions as opposed to attempting to deliver on all idea submissions.

    • Responsible for coordination of routine and ad hoc governance tasks.

    Required Skills:

    Self Starter/Initiative - Takes ownership without waiting for direction.

     

    3+ years of project management experience

     

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

     

    Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

     

    Extreme attention to detail

     

    Relationship management skills

    Desired Skills:
