    Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations team member, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting efficient and safe warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Operations

    **Location:** Sparks Glencoe, MD

    **Pay Range:** $18.55

    **Shift:** Evenings 12:00pm to 8:00 or 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Safely and accurately load and unload products within the distribution center

    + Process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning, picking, labeling, and packing

    + Build pallets, scan, and prepare shipments for dispatch

    + Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures

    + Operate material handling equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience

    + Experience with material handling equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

    + Good verbal communication skills and ability to interpret distribution documents

    + Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating near moving mechanical equipment
