Data Visualization & Reporting Analyst

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **Data Reporting Assistant** to support material loss reduction initiatives at a client located in Cambridge, Ohio. This role involves transforming large, complex data sets from multiple sources into clear, actionable reports, tables, and visualizations for internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization, and the ability to work independently after initial guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources into structured formats.
+ Create meaningful tables, charts, and graphs to support decision-making.
+ Develop and maintain reports using **Excel** , **Google Sheets** , and database tools.
+ Utilize advanced data visualization techniques (pivot tables, dashboards, charts).
+ Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ **Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets** , including pivot tables and complex formulas.
+ Strong experience with **data visualization** and reporting tools.
+ Ability to manage large data sets and combine data from multiple sources.
+ Self-starter who can work independently after receiving initial direction.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Schedule & Location:
+ **Hours:** Approximately **10–15 hours per week** .
+ **Schedule:** Flexible, but **onsite presence required** .
+ **Duration:** Initial **3–4 month assignment** , with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Compensation:
+ **Pay Rate:** $22–$28 per hour, based on experience.
**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
