    Qualifications:

    HS Diploma or GED

    EXPERIENCE:

    Entry level - will train

    Responsibilities:

    This is an hourly seasonal position to collaborate in the Soybean Breeding Counter Season program.

     

    • Assist in field operations such as:

    o Planting Preparation

    o Field Notes

    o Harvest & Drying

    o Conditioning & Shelling

    o Sampling & Shipping

    • Direct plant operations: conditioning, packaging, inventory management.

    • Ensure that that all work done with genetically-modified plants material meets regulatory compliance standards.

    • Operate and maintain appropriate equipment for a given job/task and follow all safety and quality requirements.

    • Collect and enter data as well as provide progress and summary reports and as required for maintaining records and making operational decisions.

    • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.

    • Available to work weekends and overtime if necessary.

    • Able to lift 40-50 lbs. multiple times.

    **Pay Details:** $11.00 per hour
