    Job Title: Aerospace Painter

    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced aerospace painters to join our team at the Melbourne airport facility. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in paint preparation or painting on corporate jets, automotive, aerospace, or yachts. A keen attention to detail and understanding of paint weight requirements per FAA standards are essential for this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, deburring, and cleaning.

    + Apply paint using HVLP spray, cup spray gun, and epoxy techniques.

    + Ensure compliance with all FAA paint weight requirements.

    + Inspect finished surfaces for quality and adherence to standards.

    + Operate and maintain paint booth and related equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years in aircraft or automotive/industrial painting.

    + Proficiency in using HVLP spray and cup spray guns.

    + Experience with paint prep, sanding, buffing, and finishing.

    + Ability to work with industrial painting and body repair techniques.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Shifts are flexible, running on a rotating basis between 1st and 2nd shifts every 90 days. Workdays are Monday through Saturday, with one weekday and one weekend day off.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Melbourne, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70000.00/yr.

     

    Will be paid hourly/OT at time and a half. Will work OT. Can be sent to other sites to help (voluntary) with all expenses paid in the US/France/Dubai.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Melbourne,FL.
