    Job Title:

    Lead Maintenance Technician

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a **hands-on leader** to guide a small team. You’ll keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting equipment, supporting your team, and making sure everything meets quality standards. If you’re skilled with machines, love problem-solving, and want a role where you can lead and work with your hands—this is for you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and support a small team on 2nd shift

    + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

    + Communicate with 1st shift to keep work flowing

    + Coach team members and ensure safety standards

    + Keep the work area clean and organized

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

    + Strong mechanical and electrical skills

    + Ability to read blueprints and schematics

    + Experience with CNC machines (preferred)

    + Leadership experience or ability to guide others

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift

    + Valid driver’s license

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
