**Associate** , you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your effort directly contributes to quality production and growth opportunities.

Pay: $22.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift

Job Description:

+ Prepare products using hand and power tools

+ Safely load and unload items weighing 30–35 lbs

+ Learn and operate automated processes unique to the facility

+ Cross-train in multiple areas including warehouse, quality, machine operation, and powder coating

Qualifications:

+ Experience with production or manufacturing environments

+ Familiarity with production processes and mechanical operations

+ Knowledge of industrial equipment such as sprayers, bandsaws, screw guns, and table saws

Work Environment & Schedule:

+ Small shop setting with ovens and large machinery (expect warmer conditions in summer)

+ Monday–Thursday schedule, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional Friday opportunities

+ Typical work week: 40–50 hours

+ Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
