Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading products on and off the machine. Your duties will include material blending when necessary, packaging finished products, labeling, and shipping. Additionally, you will assist operators in running the area as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload products on and off the machine.

+ Blend materials as needed.

+ Package finished products.

+ Label and ship products.

+ Assist operators in running the area when required.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and understand English.

+ Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is a plus.

+ Forklift experience is advantageous.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. of material and loading into receptacles.

+ Ability to push reels, materials, or equipment weighing 40 to 60 lbs.

+ Comfortable with standing, bending, and stretching during 12-hour shifts.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic environment with shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am. Enjoy a comprehensive evaluation every six months, with the potential for a pay raise.

This is a Contract position based out of Pawcatuck, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
