Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description
We are seeking diligent and reliable Production Workers to join our Bottling Department. This role involves working on the production line to ensure the smooth operation of various stages, including bottle unscrambling, orientation, filling, capping, coding, sealing, labeling, and boxing. The position offers an opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a stable and growing company.
Responsibilities
+ Work on the production line in the Bottling Department, ensuring smooth operation.
+ Rotate through three main positions: Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer.
+ Ensure bottles are standing properly, facing the correct direction, filled, capped, coded, sealed, labeled, and boxed for shipping.
+ Perform visual inspections and documentation as required.
+ Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team to maintain efficient production.
Essential Skills
+ Attention to detail and ability to read and write English for documentation and visual inspections.
+ Ability to stand for the entire shift.
+ Capability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No GED or diploma required.
+ Experience in production, general labor, packing, inspection, and working in a GMP environment.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and partially climate-controlled, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards. The facility enforces stringent policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety. The dress code is jeans and a t-shirt (no buttons or hoodies), with no jewelry or food allowed on the floor to comply with GMP requirements. The company culture is family-oriented, diverse, and team-focused, emphasizing quality and reliability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
