    Job Title: Concrete Finisher OR Laborer

     

    Pay: $22-$34, depending on experience! (With an additional $830/week in per diem if you live 75+ miles away from Lebanon!)

     

    Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10 hour days and a ton of OT!

    Job Description

    Technicians will be responsible for production around creating the underground Concrete Duct Bank boxes. Technicians/Laborers could be responsible for a few different roles throughout the process depending on their assigned station.

    Responsibilities

    + Setting up and tying in the rebar, preparing it for the next station.

    + Creating and assisting with cutting and measuring materials for forms.

    + Cleaning and oiling the forms before and after each assembly.

    + Assisting with concrete pouring, positioning the trough correctly, handling vibrating tools to settle concrete, and finishing the concrete once the box is complete.

    + Performing all cleanup tasks throughout the facility and operation, including broom work, picking up trash, and moving materials to different staging lanes.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction and general labor.

    + Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.

    + Capability to lift 50lbs or more to at or near head level.

    + Proficiency in carrying materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Concrete experience in residential or commercial settings.

    + OSHA 10 or other certifications are a plus.

    + Experience with hand tools and landscaping.

    Work Environment

     

    The work involves both indoor and outdoor settings on an open construction site, dealing with mud and wetness along with cold. In summer, the environment can become quite hot.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
