Skilled Construction Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled construction laborer to handle various duties on a construction site including clean-up, setting forms, heavy lifting, and using hand tools and shovels to dig trenches. This role involves installing utilities such as water, sewer, and sanitary pipes, setting up concrete forms for water chambers, and general site clean-up.
Responsibilities
+ Perform clean-up tasks with shovels and other hand tools.
+ Install water, sewer, and sanitary pipes.
+ Set up concrete forms for water chambers.
+ Engage in heavy lifting and use hand tools for various tasks.
+ Work in collaboration with a team of 3-5, under the guidance of a foreman.
Essential Skills
+ 12+ months of recent job tenure in construction.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
+ OSHA 10 certification is mandatory.
+ Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with utility and pipe laying is preferred.
+ Concrete experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable working long hours in adverse weather conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr.
