Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for wiring circuit boards, assembling sub-units using power tools, and performing solder repairs. This role also involves operating wave machines and ensuring all components are correctly assembled.

Responsibilities

+ Wire circuit boards together efficiently.

+ Assemble sub-units using power tools and soldering techniques.

+ Operate wave machines for assembly processes.

+ Perform necessary solder repairs.

+ Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in electrical assembly.

+ At least 1 year of experience in wiring.

+ Proficiency in reading diagrams, schematics, or blueprints for at least 1 year.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of circuit board soldering experience is preferred.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 2 hours of overtime available per day. The facility enforces a dress code of jeans, steel toe boots, and a t-shirt (avoiding any obscene graphics).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
