Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, completing preventive maintenance, and rebuilding equipment, including air compressors, air dryers, vacuum pumps, valves, filters, and instrumentation. You will also replace valves, actuators, instruments, piping, tubing, and small vessels, as well as inspect and monitor equipment status through vibration, oil analysis, visual inspection, and audible inspection.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment including air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum pumps.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment.
+ Rebuild equipment and replace components such as valves, actuators, and instruments.
+ Inspect and monitor equipment status through various methods such as vibration and oil analysis.
+ Work with industrial and electrical equipment both indoors and outdoors.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of electrical maintenance experience.
+ 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
+ Experience troubleshooting vacuum systems.
+ Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills with semiconductor equipment and vacuum systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Industry experience in vapor deposition tools such as CVD and PVD.
+ Experience with buffer tools and electro polish/copper plating machinery.

Work Environment
Join a small yet rapidly growing team of maintenance technicians, currently consisting of four members across different shifts. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors in and around industrial and electrical equipment, with potential exposure to temperature extremes due to weather conditions and operating equipment. The position is for the night shift from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
