Welder – Contract-to-Hire | Pueblo, CO

**Pay:** $22/hour + $3/hour shift differential (after training)

Schedule:

+ **A & B Shifts (Day):** 6 AM – 6 PM, rotating (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)

+ **C Shift (Night):** 6 PM – 6 AM, days vary

+ **Start Date:** ASAP

Job Overview

Join a growing team in a **climate-controlled manufacturing facility** within the **green energy sector** ! We’re seeking skilled **Welders** to perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel, plus material prep, grinding, and layout work.

Responsibilities

+ Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel

+ Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work

+ Maintain welding equipment and follow safety protocols

Requirements

+ Welding techniques: **SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene**

+ **Ability to read blueprints**

+ **Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation**

+ **Basic computer skills**

+ **Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles**

**Preferred:** Fabrication experience, production environment, attention to detail

Additional Info

+ **Weld test required** (details coming soon)

+ Training starts on **day shift** , then transition to assigned shift in 4–6 months

+ Attendance and reliability are critical

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
