Role Overview

Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a **Regional Operations Support Manager 2 / Environment Services Manager** to join our team of professionals in the MidAtlantic Region. Travel is 90% throughout the MidAtlantic Region. Expected travel areas are **Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia** **, DC, Pennsylvania, and Delaware** . Typical schedule is 10 days on with 4 days off. The ideal candidate will reside in this market with easy **access to a major airport and must have a valid driver's license.**

This is a temporary role, expected to last up to 18 months. **Travel Requirements:** Approximately 90% travel throughout the East Coast (VA, DC, MD, DE, PA). **S** **chedule:** Overnight travel: 10 days on / 4 days off; Local travel: 5 days on / 2 days off. **Expenses:** Mileage and hotel accommodations reimbursed.

What You'll Do

+ Provide hands-on operational support across multiple sites, ensuring high standards in **housekeeping and laundry services** .

+ Manage both **front-of-house and back-of-house operations** , seamlessly transitioning between resident-facing and operational tasks.

+ Collaborate with clients and residents daily to maintain service excellence and satisfaction.

+ Drive compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements across assigned locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement -Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience -3 years

Minimum Functional Experience -3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM
