How can you make an impact?
We are seeking a **Sr Analyst, Digital Analytics** with expertise in supporting digital measurement frameworks, maintaining reporting dashboards, and analyzing web and campaign performance to guide data-driven decisions. This role requires independence and strong problem-solving skills, leveraging Adobe Analytics to translate business requirements into meaningful insights and actionable reports. The ideal candidate will perform ad-hoc analyses, troubleshoot tracking issues, and conduct thorough QA/UAT for website updates, marketing pixels, and tagging. Collaborating closely with the COE Digital team, this individual ensures accurate data capture, clear documentation, and effective reporting solutions that enable informed business strategies.
This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate digital tracking, delivering meaningful insights, and supporting data-driven decisions by maintaining dashboards, performing QA, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable analytics for cross-functional teams.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
+ Maintain dashboards, create reports, and perform ad-hoc analyses using Adobe Analytics.
+ Support tagging implementation, QA, UAT testing, and troubleshooting of tracking issues.
+ Translate business requirements into clear analytical approaches and documentation.
+ Monitor site and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Collaborate with COE Digital and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
What you can bring to this role:
+ 2+ years of analytics or digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on Adobe Analytics work.
+ Bring innovative, detail-oriented problem-solving skills with strong independent working capability.
+ Collaborate effectively across diverse teams while fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and time management.
+ Communicate insights clearly using excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and a relevant bachelor’s degree..

The pay range for this position is between $76,800 - $90,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
