    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Flat Welders** for projects located in the **Cincinnati, OH area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to** **$30/hour** based on experience plus **$100/day per diem** for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Working off blueprints and shop drawings

    + Fabricate and fit structural and diverter boxes

    + Other related tasks assigned

    Requirements

    + Must have heavy structural experience

    + Must be able to flux core weld on shop 3G

    + FCAW Certification is required

    + Must have basic hand tools and standard PPE

    + OSHA 10 Certification is preferred
