    Job Description

    As a Senior Service Supply Chain Planner you will partner with Product Planners, Inventory Control, Service Management Operations, Repair Operations, Quality, Field Services, Trade Compliance, Finance and other internal groups to drive decision-making investments and to ensure availability of spare parts, options and consumables when needed. All in an effort to provide our customers (internal and external) with the best possible service.

     

    The person in this role will be a major contributor to leveraging data, partners and systems to improve customer satisfaction and employee productivity reporting to the Americas Director of Service Supply Chain.

     

    The ideal candidate thrives at delivering solutions to complex data problems, has an affinity for analytics, data and business processes.

    Qualifications

    Essential functions-essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.

     

    Job duties to include but are not limited to;

     

    + Perform accurate planning for all spare parts and consumables for distribution and service requirements

    + Responsible for spare parts forecasting, planning and procurement during the entire product lifecycle - New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Product and End Of Life Product (EOL) to avoid any stock outages and drive delivery performance

    + Set up of target stocking levels (TSL) and inventory management

    + Inventory analyses of each product platform, including trends, cost analyses, risk management and recommendations

    + Single point of contact to manage communications and messaging between regions and product planning counterparts.

    + Ensure that established Fill Rate performance targets and inventory or service commitments are incorporated into the global Spares Plan.

    Education Requirements

    Required/Preferred:

    Years of Experience: 5+

     

    Education Level: BS/BA

    HIRING SALARY RANGE: The compensation for this position ranges from $45,600.00-$92,520.00. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant and alignment with internal and market data.) This role offers a competitive Business Profit Plan. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
