Description
The Department of English at Carnegie Mellon is seeking an instructor for an established course and invites applications from qualified individuals for one semester. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record contributing to program building and strategic planning. We are especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching, and/or service, to the excellence of the academic community. Those with additional specializations in other creative genres are especially encouraged to apply. The position will be part-time, non-tenure-track, and may be renewable based on availability and performance, including proven quality of instruction.
Qualifications
Candidates should have practical experience with advanced degrees. Teaching experience is preferred.
