The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing data-driven insights to influence stakeholders. The Analyst III ensures adherence to governance standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within technology projects to support business objectives effectively.

    What you'll do:

    + Manage and monitor technology operations projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to budgets and schedules.

    + Assess program risks and resource requirements to support successful project completion and mitigate potential issues.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress, resolve challenges, and maintain program health through effective governance.

    + Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decisions and build consensus.

    + Support business operations by analyzing key performance indicators and contributing to process improvements aligned with organizational goals.

    + Maintain awareness of technology trends to support business cases and technology-related process updates.

    What you'll bring:

    + Proven experience in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of small to medium complexity projects.

    + Strong financial management skills with the ability to monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost expenditures effectively.

    + Proficiency in business operations, including understanding organizational KPIs and profitability drivers.

    + Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus across teams.

    + Knowledge of technology landscape, trends, and methodologies relevant to the business domain.

    + Demonstrated ability to deliver results aligned with strategic objectives and business priorities.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
