    Company description

We’re an agency looking to defy the status quo.

We’re in the business of making your business better. And it’s our mission to give our partners the most compelling advertising experience possible.

While everyone else is concerned about the best practices of yesterday, we are discovering and defining innovative solutions for tomorrow. We do that by moving fast, breaking rules, rebuilding systems, generating solutions and taking performance to its limits -- then pushing it even farther.

We’re here to be the arbiters of change. To rock the boat. To upset the apple cart. To cause a disturbance in the force.

    We’re here to Dysrupt.

    Overview

Dysrupt is looking for an **Executive Vice President, Strategy** who’s ready to blend performance marketing depth with audience and regional strategy. You’ll bring strategic rigor to a portfolio of clients, shape paid media direction from brief through activation, and serve as a trusted advisor who can translate business questions into sharp, platform-ready strategies.

The **EVP, Strategy** provides leadership across a single large client or a group of smaller clients. The person is responsible for the quality of work produced by the cross-functional teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving organic growth on their assigned accounts.

If you love the mechanics of biddable media but get equally energized by bigger-picture thinking, audience design, regional nuance, exploratory insights, bold ideas -you’ll fit in here.

    Why Dysrupt?

We’re not just a performance shop. We pair media craft with strategy, culture, and curiosity. You’ll join a team that experiments boldly, pushes boundaries, and keeps evolving. And we want people who bring their whole selves to the work.

Before we go further, ask yourself:

+ Do you geek out over how platforms optimize in the algo but also know when a broader approach is needed?

+ Do you enjoy uncovering audience behaviors, regional patterns, and the “why” behind performance?

+ Do you get excited about new dysruptive strategies and ideas that challenge the status quo? (see what we did there 😀)

+ Do you have passions outside of work you’re excited to bring into our culture?
