Job Specifications

+ **Job Type:** Full-Time

+ **Location:** Green Bay, WI

+ **Pay Rate:** $20/HR

+ **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

+ Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction

+ Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

+ Provide product and service information to customers

+ Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

+ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

+ Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department as needed

Qualifications & Skills

+ Previous experience in customer service or a related field

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

+ Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
