    Description

    Responsibilities** **:

    + Supports the automotive district day to day operations

    + Coordinates schedules to accommodate multiple locations

    + Provides outstanding customer service and maintains a continuous focus on customer service

    + Builds and maintains close relationships and coordination with plant management to quickly resolve issues and other related opportunities

    + Through implementation and execution of company safety initiatives, create an environment where safety is a primary concern

    + Supports Route Sales Representatives as needed

    + Supports Territory Managers with AR collections and service issues that may arise

    + Conducts sizing of new employees as needed

    + Conducts In/Out counts when asked by Plant Management

    + Drives and supports all Market Center initiatives

    + Performs other duties as required or assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Minimum of 1-2 years of service industry experience ideal

    + Solid math and computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills

    + Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

    + Ability to provide a high-quality service within a fast-paced and physically challenging environment
