    Job Title: Industrial General Labor Associate

    **Pay Rate:** $17.50 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our team. This position involves performing repetitive production tasks while following established procedures and safety guidelines. Training is provided on the job, and proficiency is typically achieved in a short period of time.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks as assigned

    + Follow oral and written instructions, including procedures and safety guidelines

    + Maintain a safe and clean work environment

    + Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

    + Work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

    + May occasionally use company computer equipment and systems

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis

    + Basic math skills (counting, measurements, etc.)

    + Strong ability to follow directions and instructions

    + Effective communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings

    + Ability to pass a forklift training test (note: employees will **not** operate forklifts)

    + Knowledge of and compliance with workplace safety guidelines

     

    Education & Requirements

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Steel-toed shoes required
