Training Manager
We are looking for a Training Manager to join our EST team in Hatfield!
As our Training Manager you will develop and present training programs for customers and in-house employees.
LOCATION:
Hatfield, PA (Onsite)
Salary range: $83,200 - $104,000 plus bonus opportunity

YOUR CHALLENGE:
+ Oversee and manage the onboarding and training program for new hires. Work with hiring managers to ensure comprehensive and smooth onboarding. Accountable for logging and maintaining training records for employees across various groups.
+ Manage and further develop training metrics as outlined in the Operational Growth Platform (OGP) to advance the score. Coordinate with managers to oversee and advance the score for the Talent portion of the Operational Growth Platform (OGP).
+ Develop and manage succession plan for critical roles within the organization.
+ Oversee sales training and address any identified skill or proficiency gaps in the Skill Training in coordination with Commercial Managers. Target any gaps in skills as identified in the Sales Training Matrix for both product knowledge and systems/processes knowledge.
+ Ensure sales team are trained and proficient across key product lines. Host subject matter experts as needed to aid in product-specific training. Assist in developing new selling tools, improve existing sales tools and effective selling processes.
+ Elevate effectiveness and engagement of Sales Team, including Sales Partners. Educate on key selling points: elevator pitches, objection handling, selling against competition, critical features, performance, etc.
+ Work with sales team to improve effectiveness of presentations and product demonstrations.
+ Support technology roadmap development, capital equipment planning, and strategic initiatives to improve the long-term capabilities of the manufacturing organization.
WHAT YOU BRING:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, General Business
+ Excellent Oral and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
+ Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.
+ Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with others.
+ Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with customers and teams across the organization.
+ Technical sales and/or technical training experience desired.
+ Mechanical aptitude with ability to understand technical documentation.
