    The Client Communications Specialist plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and engagement. This role is responsible for developing non-marketing client communications that are accurate, professional, and aligned with Truist branding and objectives. Often works within a team or with business partners.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Content Development: Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality client-facing communications, including emails and letters for the purpose of service updates and incident notifications

    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, channel, and support teams, to ensure consistent messaging and timely, accurate information dissemination.

    • Process Improvement: Monitor and iterate on communication workflows and approval paths to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Reporting and Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of client communication, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and related training

    • 3-5 year of related experience

    • Demonstrated client communications development and project management

    • Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in using communications technology such as email platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a client-centric mindset

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or English

    2. Experience in Financial Services industry, or agency experience
