NTT DATA's Client is looking for an IT Scrum Master for MES implementation. Someone with strong Scrum Master with Siemens OpCenter MES experience who can implement **OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System (MES)** to enable **Electronic Batch Records (EBR)** with **ERP integration** for **BPG SUD Logan and Nashville Manufacturing sites** .
Currently, SUD relies on a **paper-based lot record system** , which introduces inefficiencies in creation, completion, management, and storage. This project aims to transition to a **fully electronic batch record (EBR) system** , supporting the organization's broader **digital transformation initiative** . The solution will optimize productivity, improve operational efficiency, enhance quality, and enable data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.
Role Scope / Responsibilities
The **IT Scrum Master** will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through **Agile Scrum-based project execution** across all phases of the program, including development, configuration, deployment, and site rollout.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Facilitating all **Scrum ceremonies** (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
+ Coaching teams on **Scrum principles and Agile best practices**
+ Collaborating with **IT Project Managers, business stakeholders, operations, quality, and development teams**
+ Managing and maintaining Agile artifacts using **Scrum management tools (Jira)**
+ Enabling visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
+ Removing impediments and driving continuous improvement
+ Supporting **post-development implementation** , including **EBR configuration, deployments, and site rollouts**
+ Coordinating activities across **multiple teams and manufacturing locations**
Required Skills & Experience (5+ Years Each)
+ **5+ years** of experience driving **IT software application projects** using **Agile Scrum methodologies**
+ **5+ years** of experience working as a **Scrum Master** , facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams
+ **5+ years** of experience with **Scrum management tools** such as **Jira** (or Microsoft TFS)
+ **5+ years** of experience working across **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)** phases
+ **5+ years** of experience with **Agile, Waterfall, and iterative development methodologies**
+ **5+ years** of experience collaborating with **cross-functional and distributed teams**
+ **5+ years** of experience using **Microsoft Office tools** (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ **5+ years** of experience in **stakeholder communication and status reporting**
Preferred Qualifications
+ **5+ years** of experience in **Life Sciences and/or Manufacturing domains**
+ **5+ years** of experience working with or supporting **MES platforms** (Siemens Camstar / OpCenter or similar)
+ **5+ years** of experience driving **process optimization and Agile maturity improvements**
+ **5+ years** of experience managing **multiple Scrum teams or large programs**
+ **5+ years** of experience in **project and/or program management**
+ **Scrum Master Certification** (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) – **strongly preferred**

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($55 - $65/hourly )** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
