All Things Metal is hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers to join our growing team in Arizona. This is not a temp job — we offer consistent 40+ hour weeks, local projects only, and no per diem.

What You’ll Do

+ Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards

+ Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies

+ Read and interpret erection/shop drawings

+ Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field

+ Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails

+ Mentor apprentices and lead small crews

+ Use benchmarks and gridlines for layout

+ Maintain safety and quality standards

What You Bring

+ Rigging & signaling experience

+ OSHA 10 Certification (not required, but is a plus!)

+ Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools

+ Strong understanding of commercial construction

+ Comfortable working at heights

+ Welding certifications (maintained)

+ Leadership and mentoring skills
