    Job Summary

    The Project Manager leads cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget. This role is responsible for defining project scope, developing and managing plans, coordinating resources, and communicating status to stakeholders. The Project Manager oversees risk management, tracks performance, facilitates collaboration, and ensures all project deliverables are met. Following project completion, this role conducts post-project evaluations to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

    Essential Functions

    + Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders and leadership.

    + Develops comprehensive project plans, including task sequencing, resource allocation, dependencies, and milestones.

    + Coordinates cross-functional teams and facilitates collaboration to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.

    + Tracks project progress using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; monitors scope, budget, schedule, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes; ensures project goals remain on track.

    + Identifies and resolves issues that could impact project success; escalates risks and delays to leadership as appropriate.

    + Prepares and delivers project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including timelines, progress, risks, and key decisions.

    + Maintains accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, decisions, issue logs, and change records.

    + Ensures completion of deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget in accordance with defined project objectives.

    + Conducts post-project evaluations to assess performance, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

    + Complies with all policies and standards.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field required

    + 3-6 years of relevant experience managing projects in a corporate, healthcare, or cross-functional environment required

    + Experience in healthcare, operations, or systems implementation preferred

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to various audiences.

    + Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

    + Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.

    + High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    + Ability to analyze problems and recommend data-driven solutions.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
