About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be in charge of creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients. This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities. This position is remote in the Eastern Time Zone and requires working Monday - Friday.
What You’ll Do:
+ Promote a positive environment to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with all regulations.
+ Assist in implementing and reviewing playbooks, procedures, and HSE initiatives to drive consistency and efficiency.
+ Manage initiatives to meet all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
+ Track risks, develop and manage strategies to prevent incidents, and ensure safety.
+ Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports, and provide recommendations for risk prevention.
+ Monitor HSE compliance, and collaborate with management to create and maintain strategic compliance solutions.
+ Identify stakeholder concerns, communicate findings, and work with functional managers to resolve deficiencies.

What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Additional certifications as required by the local authority.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [HSE Manager] position is $115,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [HSE Manager] position is $125,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
