Responsible for the coordination of a variety of complex administrative functions and maintenance of electronic information systems for a department.
+ **Key Responsibilities** ·Manage Epic Workqueues: Oversee and maintain multiple Epic Workqueues to ensure timely and accurate claim submission, proper charge capture, and efficient referral processing, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.·Validate Monthly Client Charges: Review, reconcile, and validate monthly charges billed to client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external billing standards.·Process Monthly Billing and Invoicing: Generate and process monthly invoices for clients, maintaining consistent billing timelines and addressing any issues or inquiries related to charges.·Accounts Receivable Management: Post incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and monitor outstanding balances to maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and support overallfinancial health.·Client Communication: Provide timely and professional communication of clearances, results, and other relevant updates to external clients, serving as a reliable point of contact.·Monitor and Report Visit Types: Track monthly provider visit to compile and submit accurate reports for provider reimbursement.·Coordinate Long-Distance Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for long-distance candidates, ensuring all required documentation and compliance items are completed accurately andefficiently.·Access Team Support: Serve as a backup for Access-related duties, including patient registration and phone coverage, ensuring continuity of service during high-volume periods or staffabsences.·Manage Shared Email Inboxes: Monitor and respond to multiple departmental email boxes, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate routing of inquiries and requests.·Project and Initiative Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan, support, and execute special projects and annual initiatives, contributing to process improvementsand departmental goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: 2 years relevant experience
Licensure: None required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
Position Compensation Range: $15.99 - $31.99 Hourly
