Pay Rate: $43.26 - $52.88 / hour

Duties:

1. Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

2. Conduct thorough quantity take-offs

3. Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to develop comprehensive estimates

4. Proficiency in negotiation

5. Sales experience

6. Organize and plan tasks for the project team

7. Request Subcontractor estimates and provide support in contract and letter of intent (LOI) preparations

8. Monitor and control the daily progress of construction projects, including regular communication, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders (COs)

9. Conduct site visits to oversee project advancement

10. Support drafters in developing construction drawings

11. Coordinate and manage the scheduling and workload of construction projects daily

Position Requirements:

1. Successful completion of High School Diploma or GED

2. Higher Education or College Degree

3. 7+ Years of experience in HVAC

4. Experience in project management

5. Experience in JOC (Job Order Contracting) work is a plus

6. Extremely organized

7. Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines

8. Estimating experience is a plus

9. Experience in working on projects involving schools and/or hospitals

10. This position will be approximately 70% in office and 30% on job sites

11. $90,000-$110,000/annual salary

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $43.26 - $52.88 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
