SHIFT DETAILS
Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
PAY RATE: $62.03 per hour
As a **Program Manager Tech Lead** , you’ll play a critical role in driving customer resiliency initiatives while leading complex technical programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and successful delivery of enterprise-level technology solutions.
Responsibilities for the Program Manager Tech Lead role include but are not limited to:
+ Lead **large-scale data conversion and data design initiatives**
+ Manage and guide **Scrum and Agile teams** , ensuring program milestones and delivery timelines are met
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate **technical, operational, and delivery risks**
+ Drive **customer resiliency strategies** and operational recovery initiatives
+ Apply **system design principles** to improve scalability, reliability, and performance
+ Navigate and support **cloud-based environments**
+ Oversee and collaborate on **API integrations and system dependencies**
+ Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to technical and business stakeholders
+ Support **collection and recovery processes** where applicable
Candidates for the Program Manager Tech Lead position must meet the following requirements:
+ Proven experience as a **Program Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role**
+ Experience delivering **large-scale enterprise data conversion projects**
+ Strong knowledge of **data design and system architecture principles**
+ Hands-on experience leading **Scrum / Agile teams**
+ Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
+ Experience working with **cloud platforms and cloud-native solutions**
+ Working knowledge of **APIs and system integrations**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust meet all listed technical and professional requirements

**Pay Details:** $62.03 per hour
