Quality Assurance Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to hire a full-time Quality Engineer for their plant located in the Chattanooga, TN area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
+ Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions
+ Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement
+ Support internal and external audits
+ Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues
+ Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
+ 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Heavy industrial, plastics, automotive, or similar industry preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
+ Experience with problem-solving tools and data analysis
+ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
+ Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
