    What You’ll Do

    + Lead with Impact: Champion a safety-first culture and guide multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects.

    + Drive Excellence: Shape project strategies, budgets, and deliverables—ensuring top-tier quality and client satisfaction.

    + Innovate Solutions: Tackle technical challenges in landfill design, permitting, and construction with creativity and expertise.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (advanced degrees a plus)

    + 10+ years of experience in civil and waste management projects

    + Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio

    + Proven success managing large-scale projects, site development, permitting, and QA/QC

    + Deep expertise in landfill and waste management engineering

    + Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations

     

    Preferred Location: **Toledo, Ohio** or any of our **Ohio offices** (flexible for the right candidate)

    Salary Range:

    The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
