Marketing & Outreach Support Specialist Full-Time | Reports to Marketing Coordinator & Physician Liaison Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing & Outreach Support Specialist to provide direct support to the Marketing Coordinator & Physician Liaison. This role plays a key part in strengthening community relationships, supporting physician and workers’ compensation outreach, and helping maintain consistent, professional branding across all locations. Key Responsibilities ● Support for Marketing Coordinator & Physician Liaison ● Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating events, meetings, and outreach activities. ● Help maintain relationships with referring providers, employer groups, and community partners. ● Support physician-specific marketing and outreach initiatives, including outreach visits to practices and other partners. ● Aid in workers’ compensation outreach efforts, including delivering collateral and assisting with onsite visits as requested. Digital Marketing Support ● Assist with content development and execution across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. ● Help manage social media channels (organic and paid) and support campaign development. ● Support creation and distribution of monthly digital newsletters. ● Assist in maintaining website content and in-practice TV/video content. ● Analyze website, social media, and digital newsletter metrics to improve performance and report results. Creative & Print Support ● Coordinate creative requests and work with design resources. ● Assist in ordering and managing print materials, facility signage, and branded collateral. ● Help maintain inventory and distribute materials across practice locations. Community Engagement Support ● Assist with sponsorship coordination and community involvement opportunities. ● Attend events and outreach activities as requested by the Marketing Coordinator or physicians. Preferred Skills & Qualifications ● Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profiles. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ● Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar design tools. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail. ● Travel between practice locations required, as needed. ● Ability to work some evening and weekend hours. ● Bachelor’s degree required. ● 2 years minimum in advertising, marketing or communications preferred
