Partner Executive- Sage Intacct Accountants Program
Job Description:
The Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP) is a partnership between Sage Intacct andCPA.com(an AICPA company) that provides a wide variety of tools and benefits to help our partners build a successful outsourced accounting practice. As an SIAP Partner Executive, you will play an integral role in the success of our SIAP partners. You will build and manage relationships with partners as a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a territory that meets or exceeds quota across a group of partners assigned within the territory.
This is a HYBRID role based on-site three days per week in our Atlanta, GA office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SIAP partners to drive business growth, revenue, and success in their practices.
• Develop and implement business plans, cross-sell strategies, and industry-focused initiatives.
• Support sales and marketing efforts, including pricing, proposals, and strategy discussions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximize firm potential by sharing best practices.
• Track partner goals and key performance metrics, providing feedback and course corrections.
• Manage complex, multi-product sales cycles and engage Sage cross-functional teams.
• Advise partners on effective use of co-op spend and optimize growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in technology sales.
• Knowledge in Client Advisory Services, outsourced accounting, and/or BPO practice.
• Experience working with CPA firms in selling services or technology.
• Confidence presenting to executives
• Working knowledge of business models and growth drivers.
• Ability to manage, articulate, and communicate complex processes and solutions in writing.
• Collaborative and cooperative, able to engage internal resources across departments, articulate, and a team player with good conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge in outsourced accounting and/or BPO practice.
• 3-5 years of experience with Sage Intacct or other mid-market accounting software.
• Expertise in core Sage Intacct products and advanced modules, familiarity with Market Place Partner (MPP) products.
• Experience in channel relationship management.
• Strong relationship-building skills and understanding of the sales cycle.
• Business development, account management, and business planning skills.
• Understanding of consultative solution selling and the service industry.
