    Machine Operator – Sarasota, FL

    **Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Overnight) - Sunday - Thursday, OT as needed

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    **Pay:** $16.75/Hour

     

    About the Role

     

    Adecco is seeking **Machine Operators** for a leading manufacturing client in Sarasota, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that frequently converts temporary associates to full-time employees.

     

    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor production machines and related equipment.

    + Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting.

    + Follow work instructions, safety policies, and GMP standards.

    + Conduct quality inspections and complete necessary documentation.

    + Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.

    + Cross-train in other areas as needed.

    Additional tasks may include:

    + Performing first-piece inspections and continuous quality checks.

    + Using measurement tools (calipers, gauges) for product verification.

    + Material handling, mixing, and machine adjustments.

    Qualifications

    + Previous machine operation experience in a production environment preferred.

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

    + Basic math and computer skills.

    + Familiarity with measurement tools and small hand tools.

    + Dependable and adaptable to change.

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

    Work Environment

    + Air-conditioned manufacturing facility.

    + Parking available onsite (no public transportation access).

    + PPE provided; dress code will be discussed during onboarding.

    **Pay Details:** $16.75 per hour
