+ Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Senior Manager, CRM & Digital CX in the development and management of the Retailer CRM program, and ongoing integration of CRM communications across disciplines. The Assistant Manager will assist in day-to-day CRM marketing projects including campaigns, launches, and regular CRM communications. Must possess great communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retailer CRM Program
• Collaborate with the Genesis Owner Marketing team to develop an enhanced Retail sales marketing program.
• Define and develop the new program objectives, technical integrations, and business rules.
• Establish success metrics of the program and provide consistent reporting to multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations and educational materials to Field and internal teams to generate awareness of the program and increase participation from Retailers.
• Provide program reporting to Senior leadership with insights and recommendations if improvements are needed.
• Act as the liaison between the Marketing and Owner Marketing teams with regular touch bases and collaboration between the groups. Develop and propose cohesive communication strategies.
• Collaborates and effectively communicates all activities across all internal departments, regional and field staff, and vendors.
Ongoing CRM Duties
• Support the Genesis CRM team in the daily management of agency partners to execute on brand CRM campaigns.
• Tasks include, but are not limited to audience communication strategy, creative reviews, testing, reporting, and timeline management with the vendor.
• Will be required to attend internal briefings and collaborate with other team members to develop a recommended communication/support plan to provide to agency for direction.
• Collaborate with media, brand and website development teams to help coordinate campaign execution.
• Collaborate with other departments including technical teams, Finance, Legal, and CSR to coordinate project milestones and incorporation into programs.
• Assist in the development of presentations and reporting for Senior leadership and Executives.
• Assist in the strategic planning & development of next generation CRM business, from concept through completion using new technologies and opportunities, personalized communications/customer journey, streamlined communications, ensuring cohesion with digital, social and other Genesis initiatives.
• Develops documents to share the status and calendar of all CRM projects.
• Champions new ideas and inspires the agency to push for innovative CRM initiatives and programs.
• Manages assigned campaign timelines and regularly communicates status to all stakeholders.
• Position requires ability to problem solve, make decisions and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.
• Manage workflow and the ability to work across departments, along with the wider GMA teams.
• Ensure that the agency is executed against developed strategies for all programs.
• Resolve issues and communicate to management and business partners.
• Manage activities and performance of agency and other service providers.
QUALIFICATIONS** **:
• Five plus years of Marketing/Advertising experience.
• At least 2 -3 years of experience in CRM marketing.
• Experience within automotive industry desired.
• Agency and or/ related client-side experience desired.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury experience preferred.
• Position requires ability to problem solve and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.
• Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels; Executive, Managerial, Field Staff, subordinate and agency hierarchy of personnel.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
