As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service by working with customers, business partners, and drivers to meet our commitments.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
+ Assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email.
+ Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, and diagnosing/resolving problems or issues.
+ Monitoring the progress of delivery routes, scanning haul-away pods, and verifying stamps.
+ Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders and maintaining high standards of service.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
+ _Preferred:_ High school diploma or equivalent and 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
