As a Team Leader for Engineering on the Storefronts team, you'll lead a talented group of engineers responsible for delivering critical client-facing experiences that directly impact top-of-funnel goals and client satisfaction. You'll build trust with your tenured team members while providing coaching, technical guidance, and accountability to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving high-priority initiatives, maintaining team velocity, and fostering an environment where talented engineers feel motivated and empowered to excel.
About the Role
+ Lead the Storefronts engineering team responsible for delivering key client-facing experiences that directly impact business goals and client satisfaction
+ Establish trust and credibility with a tenured team of talented engineers through hands-on coaching and technical guidance
+ Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to plan and implement feature development that enhances client experience
+ Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to maintain code quality and engineering standards
+ Facilitate team planning sessions and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines
+ Balance hands-on technical assistance with empowering team members to grow and take ownership
+ Support the team in working with Angular, Nest, React, and other relevant technologies in the tech stack
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of software engineering or technical leadership experience
+ 5+ years of engineering or technical experience
+ Experience building trust and leading tenured engineering teams
+ Strong understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks
+ Ability to motivate experienced team members and drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Angular, Nest.js, and React frameworks
+ Background in leading teams responsible for client-facing applications
+ Track record of improving team performance and velocity
+ Experience balancing hands-on technical guidance with leadership responsibilities
+ History of successfully coaching and developing engineering talent
