Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing installation and maintenance of proprietary equipment including Extrusion Blow Molding machines, Stretch Blow Molding machines, Injection Molding machines, packaging systems, automated palletizers, and general facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

+ Install and set up proprietary equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

+ Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to prolong equipment lifespan.

+ Perform minor modifications and adjustments to machinery to enhance performance.

+ Utilize predictive maintenance methodologies to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime.

+ Diagnose technical problems and malfunctions using systematic approaches.

+ Collaborate with technical experts to address complex issues effectively.

+ Execute repairs on molding machines independently and with technical guidance.

+ Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific responsibilities.

+ Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills.

+ Welding and repair skills.

+ Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with motors and maintenance repair techniques.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66500.00/yr.
