    • Material Handler – Keep Production Moving, Keep Quality High

     

    Overview

     

    Are you detail-oriented and ready to play a critical role in keeping production on track? We’re seeking a **Material Handler** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll ensure resin supplies are maintained, lot traceability is flawless, and production consumables are staged for seamless operations. You’ll also perform daily maintenance on resin drying equipment, directly supporting the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process.

    What You’ll Do

    + 🔄 Maintain resin supply levels in line with production schedules

    + 🧾 Ensure lot traceability for resins, inserts, and assembly components

    + 📦 Stage production consumables for immediate use

    + ⚙️ Conduct daily maintenance of resin drying equipment

    What We’re Looking For

    + At least **6 months of manufacturing experience** , ideally in material handling

    + Ability to follow written and oral instructions with precision

    + Willingness to learn and assist across tasks

    + Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in warehouse operations, clean room material handling, or assembly work

    + Knowledge of packaging, loading/unloading, and inventory management

    + Proficiency with RF scan guns and general labor tasks

    Work Environment & Schedule

     

    This role operates in both **warehouse and clean room environments** , requiring adherence to specific attire protocols (no jewelry or makeup, booties, masks, and safety glasses).

     

    + 🕖 **Shift:** 3rd shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

    + 📅 **Schedule:** 2-2-3 rotation (work two days, off two days, work three days, repeat)

    + 🌡️ Facility is **temperature-controlled** , engineered for efficiency and comfort

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALDWIN, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $24.25/hr.
