Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our third shift who will be responsible for forming and making parts using CNC machines. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in automotive factory automation and material handling systems.
Responsibilities
+ Form and make parts using CNC machines.
+ Operate a variety of machinery including bandsaws, press brakes, and drill presses.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
+ Read and interpret basic blueprints to ensure precision and quality in production.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in machine operation, preferably with CNC or press brake.
+ Ability to read basic blueprints.
+ Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of production processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with press brake operations is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a very clean manufacturing environment with 65 full-time employees and about 10 contractors, with plans to expand to 80-90 individuals by year-end. The third shift operates from 11PM to 7:30AM, Monday through Friday, with overtime starting an hour before the shift. Expect to work most Saturdays and some Sundays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reynoldsburg, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
