    Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively.

    + Read and interpret measurements accurately up to 1/16 inch.

    + Support the factory's stable production phase and ensure high uptime of machinery.

    + Innovate and create with a willingness to stretch the limits of traditional methods.

    + Implement processes and strategies to improve team performance.

    + Promote and adhere to company values.

    + Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting over 50 pounds regularly.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in reading tape measures accurately up to 1/16 inch.

    + Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tooling.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-start.

    + A drive to maintain stable production and enhance machinery uptime.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A desire to innovate and exceed traditional construction practices.

    + Experience in implementing process improvements.

    + Ability to work well within a team environment.

    Work Environment

    Work in a state-of-the-art facility in Nampa, ID, where automation and robots perform much of the heavy lifting. This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting over 50 pounds. The position is indoors in a permanent location, with tasks assigned based on the department as determined during the interview process.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
