    Job Title: Production Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Delaware. The ideal candidate will start by training and assisting current manufacturing staff and will eventually be trained to operate machinery independently.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist current manufacturing staff with daily production tasks.

    + Learn and follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

    + Participate in training sessions to understand the manufacturing processes and equipment.

    + Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

    + Perform general labor tasks, including material handling, assembly, and packaging.

    + Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Gradually take on more responsibilities, including operating machinery and equipment.

    + Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required

    + Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills

    + Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is an industrial setting with both old and new machinery. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime opportunities.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, DE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
