re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist for its Reverse Logistics operation based in Greencastle, PA. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and other circular economy initiatives.
The Technical Operations Specialist will lead operations through third-party services and Amazon personnel. This position manages reverse logistics operations, impacts business outcomes, and focuses on customer needs by improving processes for a more effective supply chain. The role collaborates with cross functional departments such as Legal, Security, Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), Procurement, Hardware Engineering, Software Development, and Commercial and planning.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive process optimization through exceptional process-flow knowledge, program management, and customer obsession
• Manage reverse logistics inventory flows between Data Centers, 3P de-manufacturer, and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Implement process improvements through software integration, hardware deployment, and data analysis
• Act as primary Point of Contact (POC) for operational stakeholders
• Create and enhance operational processes based on business needs
• Present data-driven business reviews to senior management on supply chain strategy and improvements
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments for safe operations
• Create process flow maps aligned with security requirements
• Implement RACI matrices to clarify stakeholder responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Project Controls Standards subject matter, including Estimating, Cost Management, Cost Forecasting, Schedule Management, Progress Measurement, Change Management, Risk Management, WBS/CBS/SBS, Cash-Flow (VOWD), and Benchmarking
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a related role/field
- 4+ years of experience as a People Manager leading variable cost center teams
- 6+ years of experience using Web-based applications such as a Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management System or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Center ITAD experience and knowledge of various type of hardware and media storage devices
- Strong demonstration of verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency of Six Sigma/Lean processes and a proven track record in process improvement
- Reverse Logistics operations background
- Experience leading technical teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
