    Job Summary:

    Help lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to boost safety, quality, efficiency, and service. You’ll facilitate improvement events, analyze processes, and implement solutions that make a measurable impact.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and support continuous improvement/operational excellence projects

    + Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and root causes

    + Implement best practices and train teams

    + Drive defect elimination and process optimization

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Engineering or equivalent experience

    + 2+ years in continuous improvement (manufacturing environment)

    + Strong knowledge of Lean principles and data analysis

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

     

    Preferred: Lean/6 Sigma certification, experience in plastics/packaging, and familiarity with tools like Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM.
