    Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will supervise, manage, develop, and execute operational and/or technical intelligence related activities of sensitive and critical programs, projects, and initiatives that deliver significant and optimized capabilities. You will plan, organize, develop and coordinate Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT and E) requirements, tools, applications and efforts. You will provide professional, technical analysis, and support the administrative analytical and evaluative work related to programs, financial management and planning of operations and organizational efficiency/productivity. You will interact with a large number of components and echelons in Defense and the Interagency on executive and component level interaction and liaison duties. You will administer and maintain efforts incorporating military, civilian and contractor personnel to achieve program objectives that encompass a wide variety of efforts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supervising, managing, developing, and executing operational and/or technical intelligence related activities of sensitive and critical programs, projects, and initiatives that deliver significant and optimized capabilities; 2) Planning, organizing, developing and coordinating Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) requirements, tools, applications and efforts; such as information operations, technologies operations, and locating programs, assessing operational risks, mitigation methodologies, and determining operational efficacy for intelligence technology and programs; 3) Providing professional, technical analysis, and supporting the administrative analytical and evaluative work related to programs, financial management and planning of operations and organizational efficiency/productivity as applied to aspects of Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) programs, policies and concepts; 4) Demonstrating the ability to function in a fluid, agile, task organized environment and adapt to a changing developing mission; and, 5) Interacting with a large number of components and echelons in Defense and interagency, both executive and component level interaction and liaison experience; and, 6) Administering and maintaining efforts incorporating military, civilian and contractor personnel to achieve program objectives that encompass a wide variety of efforts such as development. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
