    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician with extensive experience in the survey industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and have a strong background in creating Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys.     Responsibilities

    + Create Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes.

    + Utilize AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, version 2015 or greater, proficiently.

    + Write detailed metes and bounds descriptions.

    + Conduct property and deed research.

    + Prepare cut sheets.

    + Provide field crews with all necessary information for proposed projects.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of experience in the survey industry.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

    + Experience in preparing Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Freehold, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
